Any brush you want! There are hundreds if not thousands of great brushes out there. The trick is to experiment and find what works for you. There is no one brush to use.
I primarily use Procreate for the Ipad. I also use photoshop on occasion.
Technically no but it will be much harder to use a mouse or your finger.
Yes you can use whatever painting software you are comfortable with be it Krita, Photoshop or something else.
